We support more than 100 talented young people from underserved communities to access and succeed in secondary and university education.

Our preschool at Mbabzi provides 50 children aged 2–5 with a safe, nurturing and engaging environment in which to build strong foundations for their education.

Our girls’ accommodation provides 35 MSP scholars with a safe place to live while attending Lingadzi Leadership Academy, removing a significant barrier to girls’ secondary education and helping them stay in school, thrive and reach their full potential.

Through the MSP Teacher & School Awards, we recognise outstanding teachers and schools that are going above and beyond to improve learning for their students. The programme celebrates good practice, motivates educators and creates a culture of recognition and excellence that can benefit thousands of students across our partner communities.

A home to more than 20,000 books. Our library gives children and adults access to books, learning resources and a space to discover the joy of reading — helping make learning opportunities more accessible to the wider Mbabzi community

All of our scholarship girls are supported by a dedicated Girls Programme Co-ordinator, who provides weekly check-ins, mentorship and motivation sessions, as well as ensuring each girl has access to menstrual hygiene that they are comfortable with.
