Behind every successful student is a dedicated teacher.
To recognise and celebrate this dedication, we introduced the Teacher & School Awards. The award recognises the top-performing school within the zone, with teachers receiving a shared cash prize alongside a trophy awarded to the school.
By rewarding excellence and acknowledging the hard work of teachers, the initiative aims to motivate teachers, raise standards, and reinforce the vital role teachers play in transforming young lives through education
Our Mbabzi Community Library
Started by our Founder’s grandad, Bruce Barron, in the 1980s, this library has grown into one of the largest rural libraries in the country, with over 20,000 books and two members of staff. It is a hub of learning for both children, students and adults of the community.
