Lingadzi Leadership Academy

Providing a centralised pathway for high-potential MSP scholars

Mtandire is one of Lilongwe’s largest and most densely populated townships, situated just outside Malawi’s capital. At the heart of Mtandire is Lingadzi Leadership Academy, our partner secondary school and home to 40 of our scholarship students.

This school provides a centralised pathway for high-potential MSP scholars who may not secure places at Malawi’s highly competitive national secondary schools, but who have the ability and determination to thrive with the right support. By bringing these students together in one school community, we can invest not only in their academic education, but also in the extracurricular, leadership and life-skills opportunities that help them develop their full potential.

Our ambition is to create a high-quality learning environment where talented young Malawians can build the knowledge, confidence and skills they need to progress to university, employment and leadership — and ultimately contribute to their communities and Malawi’s future.
