FOUNDER

“I grew up in Malawi, surrounded by so many young people who had, and continue to have, very little. It is why I am committed to breaking that cycle of poverty — giving young people the education and opportunity to build a different future for themselves.”

HEAD OF PROGRAMMES

“For me, MSP is more than a team; it is a community united by purpose, compassion and the belief that education can change lives. I feel privileged to contribute to that journey and to witness the difference we are making, one young person at a time.”

FINANCE & OPERATIONS MANAGER

“I love the team’s desire and passion to transform the less privileged  lives through education.”

SCHOLARSHIP MANAGER

“What makes me happy is seeing a learner from a typical village in a poor family celebrated and given hope that their hard work can take them to national secondary school. It reminds me that I’m genuinely contributing  a lot to the communities.”

GIRLS PROGRAMME CO-ORDINATOR

“I love coordinating the girls program and creating a safe space where girls are supported, heard and inspired to succeed.”

HEAD OF PRESCHOOL

“I grew up receiving support from charity organisations through secondary school and university, which helped me achieve my degree. Working with MSP now feels like my way of giving back to children and families who were once like me.”
