Only 17% of children aged 3–4 in Malawi are developmentally on track in literacy and numeracy.
We believe the foundations for lifelong learning are built long before a child reaches primary school. By supporting children in these crucial early years, we help them develop the literacy, numeracy, social and emotional skills they need to start school ready to learn and thrive.
That’s why we established the MSP Preschool — a safe, spacious and engaging environment providing high-quality early education for children aged 2–5. Through learning, play, nutritious meals and a nurturing environment, we give young children the strong start they need to reach their potential.

The old preschool
This is the original nusery school at Mbabzi, where two devoted teachers, Lydia and Teresa, looked after 30 children so that their parents, particularly mothers, could go to work.

Our MSP Preschool!
Our new space opened in January 2026 and is now filled with 50 happy, energetic children learning and growing every weekday.
